I can't forget about this book. It's love-hate for me. It took me almost a year to write an actual review.
Why? Because the story was a little close to home, minus Cam.
Honestly, it's more of "I love this book", because of Cam. Though it is some parts, triggering.
He is the reason why this is one of my favorites and I will forever think of this book whenever I hear the name Cameron/Cam. Believe me, I hear and read that name quite a few times since.
The story and the main characters well-written. The meet-cute and the slow pace of romance were everything.
It is an unforgettable light-read. It makes you feel all fuzzy and loved, though what happened to Avery is devastating, it was hinted from the beginning that reduces the shocking value, which is fine with me. At the same time, it was not taken lightheartedly.
I can only hope that every Avery in the world gets to meet their Cameron.
